1.5 oz Hounds Vodka
0.75 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Verbena Blue Tea Syrup*
1 egg white
Dry shake all ingredients.
Add ice and shake a second time. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with Verbena Blue Tea leaves
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 Verbena Blue Tea teabags or 4 tablespoons loose leaf
Verbena Blue Tea Method:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently so that the sugar does not burn. Once the sugar has fully dissolved remove from heat. Remove tea bags or strain once cooled.
